Hello foodies, welcome to my section which will be soon packed with recipes of healthy food, smoothies, homemade remedies and healthy eating tips.  I will be posting recipes with a view to promoting the benefits of inner beauty and longer living, so expect to see foods that are healthy, full of vitamins and make us glow great!

As a side note, I’m a vegetarian and moving towards a vegan lifestyle, so my recipes may reflect this type of regime.
